Peter Ruffini, EdS, LPC, is the founder of Proven Path Counseling, a telehealth-based practice serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over 15 years of clinical experience, he specializes in the treatment of pornography and sex addiction, anxiety, trauma, and men’s mental health. He is certified in EMDR, CBT, CPT, PE, and Porn and Sex Addiction Recovery. His work focuses on helping high-functioning men break entrenched cycles, address the deeper drivers of shame and worth, and rebuild integrity, discipline, and purpose through structured, evidence-based therapy. In addition to clinical work, he provides training and supervision to other therapists and speaks publicly on sexual addiction, trauma, and men’s issues.
